My friend has 60 bucks give or take for a barrel. i told him the lapco bigshot or the j&j ceramic, but he cant decide. He plays mostly speed. Are there any better for under 60? and please dont say flatline. thanks.

I like the looks of the J-J better. Either one of those are just fine. I would get the J-J instead just becasue I like the looks of it better.

The Bigshot is an awesome barrel. Very accurate. On the contrary, it's very loud because of the lack of porting. J&J's are a little less accurate than the Bigshot but are a self- cleaning barrel and are quieter because they have more porting. I personally prefer the Bigshot over the two. You're not going to find a better barrel for the price.

umm, get the j&j, what barrel does he have now/, what gun? If he can tell him to wait to get $30 more dollers a buy a 16in dye altralite, there awsome. Oh and a flatline costs about $120 so unless my maths wrong he couldnt get one anyway, another thing, why isent your friend asking this??

16" barrel=bad. 10-14 r best. Go for the Bigshot.

Since it is speedball noise is not a factor, get a bigshot.
