The RPG is not meant to be used against an individual, its sole purpose fer it to be used is against a fort, bunker and a paintball tank, anyone recieving a direct hit from an RPG round would recieve some serious injury, even though the RPG round is usually a Nerf shaped rocket or a 52mm paintball round.

Thompsonshooter brought one to the West Point game last spring, it was used against the tank that they had, not individual people, he put a foam nerf football into a piece of 1/4" plywood. They're fun to mess around with.
