AMG's are LP from the box. LCD has a LCD display and the classic has dip switches. The display really isn't needed IMO so just go w/the lower cost classic. The large expansion chamber acts as an LPC too and it has a Kingman reg on it. I would eventually replace the reg w/a Palmer female or Max-Flo 3000 or 4500 if you can afford it. Replacing the microswitch w/a 50 gram switch will make a great improvement in the trigger action as well. If interested in a switch PM me. Bad Company won alot of tourneys using AMG's. Are you getting a used one or something? -

i second the vote for the imagine it's a great deal. Most spyders are similar except for some stock regulator or dropforwards which you'l probably upgrade anyway

Go with the amg then add a lighter swicth, new trigger and t-board and then you are set and ready to go.... the amg is lp out of the box so you then you wouldnt need to convert to lp (not that you need to but its good to have)

Get an AMG Classic if you can get your hands on one. Best Spyder out there, 'sides the EM-1, which is impossible to find. Spyder Imagine is nice too, I will be playing with mine for the last time tommorow ('cockers rule!).
