How do i get a picture in my sig i tried to copy and paste and it didn't work. what do i do!!!!!

Wow, since no one else is helping you,

Right Click an the image you wish to use.

Select Properties,

Highlight and Copy the text next to the world URL:

In your Profile properties, scroll down to where it ask your to enter text for your sig.

type: [IMG]***Paste URL Here***[/IMG ] <----- Dont put the space at the end.

Just to add on to what Hades said, it NEEDS to be something with a URL, it wont work if it is something that you try to upload from your hard drive. There are plenty of free image hosting websites, even one specifically for the tippy forums.

Ok, go to this link.  http://www.hunt101.com/img/223220.JPG That is how you do it. 

But, it is to big.  To tell if it is to big or not, just right click the picture, go to properties, and look at the dimensions, it should be within 350x150 pixels I think.
