Its the Star System... its broken right now (Thank god) all it does is
says who has been on here longer and who knows there crap
(Somewhat) No need to worry about it unless you see a Guy with Full 5
Stars.... then you get to see Jason
 ... but he hasn't posted since like May...

Yeah basically if you make alot of really good posts you get another star. Dont bother asking for them because that wont help, but as Panda Man pointed out the star system is down or something of the sort which means no one is getting anymore at the moment and well its been broken for roughly ever now. As I think about it I'm not sure how it could be broken though because all it is is a mod appointing another star to someone.
