Autococker advice needed

First, with all due respect, please don't try to give advice unless you know what you are talking about.

I am looking for some advice on how to further my autococker's overall air efficency. As of now, I have a stock inline reg and a rock reg on the front block and stock bolt and stock valve. If you could throw me a site or two with some serious comparisons between possible products that'd be helpful too (and not pbreview.com).
