ok

an E-Grip is a Tippmann product. desinged spesificly for the A-5.

so no you can not put an e grip on a spyder.

but im sure there is a electronic upgrage you can buy for it.

Yeah the Electronic Trigger SPRINT or IPI trigger frames are both compatible with the spyder compact. So is the Ariakon LCD/LED trigger frame. I upgraded mine to a Ariakon LCD. Its much faster then both of the Etiggers from Kingman.

Kingman's

Ariakon LCD

Ariakon LED

And I suggest my Electronic trigger frame mod for the Ariakon frames which is found here

Yes, they do.  My lousy old compact 2k is still without voltage.   There are many uncapped boards made by different companies that now can be put into spyders as well.  (WAS and scenario dreams for example).  I really liked the mako frames, too bad those went out of production a few years ago...

Personally, I would probably stay away from the sprint frames as they are plastic.  The IPI ones are so much nicer.

WAS has not released a board yet for a Spyder or any facsimile. My bud released a PMI marker from Atomix that was supposed to have a WAS board in it but JD never got off his dead hiney to develope it to completion. My bud had to release it w/a regular board in it -

To the question at hand: yes you can put an e-frame on your Compact but a vert feed body would be better along w/an e-frame. Power feed may possibly have some feeding issues if you can really rip the trigger -
