Homebuilt jobs are great. The last time I built one, I cut my hands up sooooo much on the case. There is still some red stuff on his Seagate.

I have a Dell 8300 and I love it. At the time my mom ordered it, i didnt know much about computers so I have done a few mods of my own. I added a Nvidia 6800 graphics card and an Audigy 2 soundcard.

Question: I was thinking about adding an additional fan to my case, if the fan says PCI, does that mean the fan fits into a pci slot?

Sure, they all fit, just cram it in where it fits. Fans are a sham anyway. The iMac doesnt have any fans and look at that sexy beast

Haha, nice.

A few semesters ago I would have just said Dell because it's what I had, but I took CET I and II and one of our test was to build a computer from the ground up and find some porblems the teacher had messed up purposely.  It's wasn't as near as hard as people make it out to be.
