i want a new tourney gun that is good. i would want a gun that takes c02/N2 nd id really care if it does or doesnt take compressed air. is the stock impy automatic? are any of the other choices? im prob not gunna get any upgrade cept a barrel like a freak, boomstick, ultralite.

N2 and compressed air (HPA... High Pressure Air) are the same thing. No, the stock impy is NOT automatic. And if you are looking for a "tourney" gun then you don't want an automatic anyway... tourney rules call for 1 shot, one pull unless you are playing NXL. A price limit would be nice... also, would you look at used equipment? |

I would go for the Impulse. I wouldn't get a cocker. They have alot of leaks, they're slow, and are on the heavy side. I like the Impulses. But some people don't like how high they are. The Impulse can work on Anti-Siphon Co2 but I doN'T RECCOMEND IT.

I have a BKO. Its 300 dollars and rips hardcore. But if you have the money go for the b2k4, or better yet save up your money and buy a b2k5, they arent much more than the b2k4s. dont buy things online unless youve tried them though, i personally don't like the miling AT ALL on the b2k4, so i got the bko, i can get the pda and have it end up costing just about the same if i were to get the b2k4, all preferance. So go to your local store and talk it up with them, they'll probably try and help you out. i think this is my most helpful post like...ever... |
