Jager-bombed my phone.

Last night I was having a good 'ole time...  Well me and my friend were in his truck - no we weren't going anywhere, he was just talking to people and I was butting in while listening to music - and for what ever reason I had my cell phone in my hand.  Well I also had a Jager-bomb in the cup holder. My phone somehow slides out of my hand and into my drink.  It wouldn't work so I took the battery out, and a few hours later it worked fine.  My question to you is, how do I clean my phone off?  It is all sticky and stuff, so how can I clean it without messing it up?

The only thing i can think of is Goof-Off.  It this freaky stuff that like takes the sticky out of tape but if it touches the screen it might eat though it just enough to make it unreadable

you guys should see the kind of abuse my family's cell phones take.  we've had them slamed in car doors, dropped in puddles,  I was indoor rock climbing and me being a dumb ass i had mine cliped on my belt and when I got about 7/8 of the way up it fell off and hit the concrete and half splated half exploded all over the floor.
