i need help, i'm trying to bid on an intimidator on ebay, but whenever i enter an amount and click confirm bid it says SORRY YOU HAVE BEEN OUTBID BY ANOTHER BIDDER ENTER NEW AMOUNT and it is pissing me off
 . so if anyone can help me please do so.

lets say your item is at 350 bucks. the person who keeps outbidding you probably said that the most they would bid on for that item is 420 bucks. so until you bid more than that, you will constantly be outbid because of his max ammount. |

Yeah, there are a few programs you can download that will do that for you. It will bid more in the last seconds of the bid, check download.com I know they have them (had them at least)
