i Have a j&j ceramic 12 in and i want a new barrel. Im going for the 14 in whisper barrel. What do yall think? And to make my gun quieter do i need to get the rocket cock or do you all know of any better (but quieter) cocking systems? If yall have any pics of the rocket cok on a gun plz send it to me Thanks Garrett |

32* Whiper? I haven't heard many good things about it, so if I
were you i would stick with the J&J. Don't know about the
cocking system question though.

I had a Whisper. It wiggled in the gun even with o-ring switch so I sent it back. Rocket Cock II will help a bit plus keep dirt out of the gun. A madman spring kit helps. The Comp Air sys. has new lighter internals that really silence them.

I have a whisper barrel and it has worked great for me. It doesn't wiggle
or anything. It's never broken a ball plus it is accurate and consistent. They advertise it to be like a silencer but it's not AS quiet as they say. There is less noise than a stock barrel however |

thw whisper is very quiet. it sounds like you have no gas on your gun from a distance. the reason its so quiet is because of the heavy porting. the sound is distributed evenly through out the holes instead of just a few. but all of this porting gives the ball less of a full push causeing less range, and not the best accuracy. the J&J is a little bit louder, but still very quiet. this os also due to all of the porting. but since the holes are small and all the same size, it has normal range. but id reccomend the J&J over the whisper. |
