Eewww. Kinda tough. I think I would go with the Dynasty because you already get the feed, vert.maxflow, and a start on the stainless Freak set. You will need the HE bolt but it's only a hundred at most. Are you able to look at and shoot both of them? Check them both out for use and wear. That's all I have. Have a good one.
P.S. Why did you put this in NPF? What are ya new? LOL
