Well yesterday I took my a-5 apart to clean. And when I went to put it back together I tried to cock the gun but when i pulled the cocking nob it moved like half an inch and it won't move any farther. I have taken it apart multiple times since then to try to fix the problem but it still won't cock.
Any help anyone could give me would be greatly apreciated! |

Ok... That looks almost exactley like a tippy 98 First thing I did wrong was lose the front sight spring Second thing I did wrong was.... Put the front bolt in backwards--that's your problem here. Turn the front bolt around, then try it. |

Hehe. Make sure you look at all the parts before pulling them out. You do get bonus points for having a picture. I'm sorry, 3 pictures. Thats like 9 bonus points. Here's a cookie! (check your e-mail) It won't cock because the front bolt is backwards and not letting the rear bolt go back all the way. |

OMG I feel like a huge idiot. LOL
 Thank you guys so much for the help it would have taken me so logn to figure that out. And I have always found it hard to help people on these forums just by what they say is going on. SO i thought I would include a few pics to help you guys out. Well thanks again
