My dad owns a 60 gallon capacity air compressor, if I would get fittings and such to fill a compressed air bottle could I? |

I guess. It will be dangerous unless you or your dad knows how.
I am pretty sure you need to be an airsmith to fill any kind of tank. |

u can get airsmith certified for around 30 bucks give or take at a scuba shop. its a one day course

if its a standard air compressor, no. it would have to be a high psi compressor like the scuba tank ones that will actually compress more than just a couple 100 psi.
