My dad owns a 60 gallon capacity air compressor, if I would get fittings and such to fill a compressed air bottle could I?

I guess. It will be dangerous unless you or your dad knows how.
I am pretty sure you need to be an airsmith to fill any kind of tank.

well you can get the stuff at countrypaintball.com but ya you would have to know how to do it.

u can get airsmith certified for around 30 bucks give or take at a scuba shop. its a one day course

if its a standard air compressor, no. it would have to be a high psi compressor like the scuba tank ones that will actually compress more than just a couple 100 psi.
