Does the jcs trigger only work with the e-grip? Is it worth buying for 35 dollars?

Does the velocity ajduster work really good, does it come in handy?

please answer my questions if you have used these products.

Yes, the JCS Duel Trigger is designed to ONLY work with the E-Grip.
Personally, even though at $30 it is a little pricy for a double trigger, this
is easily the best trigger I have ever seen for the E-Grip, I love it. It takes
awhile to set right and you really have to know what your doing and play
around with it before you can get set just how you want it, but that's what
a fully adjustable trigger is all about!

Are you refering to the RVA??   An RVA is a nice addition to a Tippmann
marker, being more consistent and air effecient than the stock FVA, but
its certainly not a necessity.

I'd personally say the Duel trigger would be worth $50 to me.
