They work well.

I have had mine for almost 2 years now (Had a 98c befor) and will NEVER go back.  It works better than my 98c (had many more up's) in pretty mutch every aspect of the game.

It is a Great marker that offers Great out of the box performance.   I used mone for everything from woods to speedball at one point (Now i have a mag for speed ball).  It worked well in both and is STILL my favorite marker to play with.

Once again ill rectify the cluelessness.

What upgrades ARENT there? No electronic kit, no commercially made low pressure (oe noez) and no commercially made RT (but you can pay a few guys to install one for you)

No flatline either, but only 2 guns in the world anyway has that as an upgrade option as it is.

You can upgrade the barrel, the ASA, add an x-chamber or regulator, new grips, sights, double trigger, new gripframe from APP, RVA from first out or any surplus still laying around in shops, even a lapco cocking handle, or one of my humble safeties.

Carbines are also much higher quality and manufacturing than a 98, easier to work on and maintain, easier to troubleshoot, more durable, and in some ways MORE upgradable. Some day soon (i hope) you will see what i mean. Im working on something entirely different from any other gun out there as an upgrade or custom modified carbine.

hush now.

basicaly there great out of the box but dont look a lot farther past that, and im my opinion i dont feel its better than a 98c considerin the 98c i got hasn't broke a ball ever and its cycled about 5000 shots.
There is no "I" in "Team", but there sure is a "Me".

The carbine seems to be a little more balanced than the 98. The carbine is ALOT easier to field strip. I have had problems with my 98 having the pins in the trigger frame line up.
