So, I've about had it with CO2 on my 98 Custom, so I want to switch to HPA. Question is, should I get a high pressure output HPA tank and use it as is, or should I get a low pressure output tank and the tippmann low pressure kit? The kit is like $100 and the tanks range in prices (of course) but I'm just wondering if that extra $100 is a good investment.

Oh, and any recommendations on tank size/fill pressure/brand would be helpful too.

Thanks!

I've heard that the LPK is a great way to waste $100. go with the high output tank, I'd say a crossfire 47ci/3000psi 850 psi fixed output, get a 4500 if you have a place that can fill it, alot of places dont have the right equipment to fill anything over 3000

About how many shots would I get from that tank? Cause I think I want to go a little bigger, since I'll be using a remote anyway.

go with a high pressure tank. ^ dont get what he said, that will only get you 470 shots, im sure you want more than that.  a 68/300 will get you 680, thats a little more reasonable.

Yeah, I seem to be getting the same impression both on these forums and the WARPIG forums: HPA, good. LPK, bad.

Thanks Guys!
