Yo!

Has anyone mounted laser sights on Tippmanns or other markers?

youll never see the dot in daytime, so its pointless. dark indoor feilds you may, but its easier to just aim.

Using your own eyes is alot better than any laser aiming device on a paintball marker.

ok lets make this short and sweet.

by the time you locate the tiny-winy red dot and place it on your target of choice well you will be dead a dozen times!!

And still if you get you "dot" on target in record time, that laser thing wont make the same curved trajectory then the paint-ball's. so in a word

                      useless!!!!

Eyes up this one's for you!!! Brought to you by the Canadian Guy!!!

actually u guys seemingly never heard of the compensation for bullet drop... thats all u would really need to do and for close range it works they make some with lense covers for ur eye to help u see it i almost boguht one for my a-5 but i didnt have the money and actually woods players you can see the dot quite clearly just keep up on the bats and its fine. But most the time yea it is useless cause we get so close that it dont matter how accurate ur gun is its the pray and spray technique very close to a speedball game with less accuracy

yes they make them, at www.opsgear.com  all they do is give away your position when yur playin "sniper" in a bush.  if you wont something like a red laser, get a reddot, they are more effective.

I have a red dot sight on my 98c it works great. You may want
to get one with an adjustable power level so you can see it in
the day time clearly and not use to high of a power level when
in a dark place.

sometimes me and my friends play in this abandoned warehouse (which is illegal) but i mounted a laser sight, scope with laser crosshairs and a tactical bluelight flashlight. i would post pics but the image shack sight wont work for me. i got an m-4 setup on my a-5. and sight are very accurate until about over 100ft.

Laser sights are not very effective in paintball.

Instead, get a Red Dot sight.
I would reccomend the BSA Red Dot Scope/Sight, $30 at walmart.

Ummm..... All objects fly in a curved path. You adjust the sights to zero on a certain range and compensate accordingly at other ranges. Anyway, I do not suggest using any sort of aiming device. They are too slow and could cause you to focus less on your surroundings.

I honestly don't know. My home field doesn't allow laser sights... if they did I might get one... but other wise just get a scope of a sight. Works just as good!

i think lazer sites are kool looking and fun to play around with. Other then that you realy dont need one, in the middle of a game there is to much going on to get much use ouda one. i would rather spend the time and money mounthing a radio inside my mask.

i use a laser sight and i moved it around till it became quit accurate to a certain length. and also a scope to see further ahead, and a flashlight for when we play in this abandoned factory although we could get introuble. but here is a couple pics of my a-5.

hmm..well intimidation factor is kinda effective with lasers...playing at night, i saw a bright red dot on my junk...at first, i thought i had crotchspot, but a second later, a paintball reminded me it was kyle's sight...lucky it was off a few inches
