Wich gun oil is safe to use on my Model 98 and has anyone
ever bought and used a star fire bolt, cause mine got stuck
when it cocked so it didnt wanna shoot because of the oo-ring
in that aqward place
Real guns have gills.

Most people recomend Hoppes #9. I just use plain old paintball gun oil though.

use hoppes #9. very clean and safe to use. just dont use any petrolium-based oils.

dont get the starfire bolt! theres more disadvantages than advantages. theres nothing better than your stock internals. put your stock bolt back in.

i already got the star fire bolt and i took off that o-ring that came
with it i can replace it anytime i just wanna lube the front bolt
area to see if that will make a difference, what about Gold Cup
paintball gun oil?
Real guns have gills.

i use gold cup and it seems to be vary good.
