Oh....My....God.... An adult contact show for kids. A lot like teenage mutant ninja turtles. It was the same kinda thing at first.. The guy had a huge rainbow sweater on..

i watched teenage mutant ninja turtles and i turned out just fine
 . i never noticed any activity in the turtles as that in the vid

Never that bad. But pee wee herman was really raunchy. But the turtles. Think about it. A hot camera lady hanging around with 4 teenage turtles... Notice her demensions... Used to play it late at night after mad tv i think.
