I voted for Jason. We have no idea who Doug is. Also, there had to be a plausible reason for Jason not fixing what he was supposed to do. Maybe he was having personal problems, work overload, etc. And maybe he just wasn't doing his job, if this is the case then I would have held my vote until a later time to find out if Doug is superior.
