Difference?

A double trigger is just that, a trigger with space for two fingers. A response trigger is a system that bounces back the trigger very fast so it shoots much faster and makes the gun almost like its automatic.

It can because it allows you to be able to pull the trigger faster because you are using both fingers.

A double trigger (d/t) is merely a trigger that is designed to be used with two fingers, the r/t is an air pressure operated system to reset the trigger faster to allow for faster firing.  They can both be used on the same marker, but it isn't really necessary.  Some folks I know who have both claim that the r/t doesn't work that well with the d/t because the d/t allows the individual firing the marker to apply to much leverage to the trigger, thus overcoming the ability of the r/t to reset the it.

D/t and r/t comparison:

• Double trigger is easier to install; it is a simple drop-in as opposed to replacing the power tube and knocking a hole in the side of the marker for the r/t.
• R/t is easier to use for rapid fire; with minimal practice/experience the user can find the "sweet-spot" and effectively have a fullly automatic marker.  Experienced players (think speedballers) can work magic with a d/t and put out a lot of paint, but it requires a lot more practice/skill.
• D/t is much cheaper to purchase
• R/t is not allowed at some fields because of the "full auto" capability; I've never heard of anyplace that doesn't allow d/t

I whould say yes, but the r/t is still very good, however, if you just play woodsball for fun on the  weekends I whould say not to spend that much mony on the r/t because its not necessary.

It is very easy to install on an A5... quite a bit more difficult on a 98c... but still not too bad.  You can have a dub and r.t. on the same marker...
