What is the best paintball pistol?  I have looked around and i am thinking about the Airkon.  So what is the accuracy of the different guns?  Which is going to take the most beating? Also what is the best place to buy a flatline from and a handgun markfer?  ty for any help

the ariakon ACP sounds like the best pistol.  the new overlord has a delrin bolt and accepts the rapid release magazine.  the RRM will be availible for the acp later.  but the ACP has barrel inserts for extra range and the overlord does not.  overall, get the ACP and you can make it just as good as the overlord.  i hear the zeus G2 series is also excellent except that it leaks a lot.

I would recomend staying away from handguns.  They're very inaccurate and they don't work too well.

If you're really insistant on getting one, I'd recomend the Sydarm from AGD.  It's great.

I'd recomend ordering anything from www.countypaintball.com because of their fast delivery and reliable customer service.

I hope it helps.

The ACP and Overlord are amazingly accuarate compared to other pistols. They can almost match any regular marker. 30 shots per 12gm for each. I definately would consider them. If you have any questions feel free to go to Ariakon's forum.
You call the Eagle, Eagle does the rest.

ok first stay away from pistols they are horribly inacurate and pretty much useless in a heavy fire zone.

if you really want one i personnaly would go for the 32 degrees pt. extreme.

ps. your better of with a pump like a talon from wal-mart as a side arm. just my oppinion though.

I kind of have the impression that Ariakon's markers are cheap ripoffs of the real Armotech markers. While I have never actually shot an Ariakon, I am impressed with Armotech markers.

I say get the Zeus.

thanks for the replies.  Does armotech make pistols if they do I didn't know about that.  I don't like the fact that the zeus is gold or silver realy flashy for the woods you know.  The black ariakon is better for the woods because of the color.  I don't realy want to paint anything.  So which brand is better.  If i have looked at their a sites.  They are naturally is going to say theirs is better than the other.  So is their a stie that i can check and compare

I don't really see the point of carrying a side arm, unless you don't have confidence in your main marker.  Owning a Tippman would rule that out.  I guess it would be fun in a village/urban type course and if eveyone playing had one and was required to use it for a round or two.  But most people don't have them so this is not likely.

Ariakon has better accuracy and gas efficiency. The ACP has bore inserts for different sizes. The Overlord has a rapid release mag that's even faster than using quick-caps, and this upgrade is forthcoming on the ACP. All ariakon markers are known for their quality and reliability- by all accounts, the ACP and Overlord blow the zeus out of the water- they're in no way cheap ripoffs.

Ariakon= Armotech. They changed their name a few months back. All the sidearms out there on the market are pretty much the same, so you should go with what you like (milling). The only one I wouldnt sujest getting is the PT Extreme because i heard it leaks like heck. I personally like the Ariakon Overlord and the black Warsensor Zeus G2.

No they didn't. Ariakon is the renamed company that used to distribute Armotech products. There was a lawsuit, and thena  settlement over some matter. Armotech is still very much alive as a company; they make the WS and Zeus lines of markers. Ariakon is a different entity now, with its own EXCELLENT line of markers.

Wrong.

Armotech, based in Taiwan, makes realistic scenario guns and calls them the WG series. their website is Armotech.net
Then another american based company calls themself Armotech, under the website Armotech.com. They make look-alikes of the WG series, called SIM series.

There is a lawsuit over the Armotech name, and Armotech.com has to change their name to Ariakon.

Zeus originally came in black only, you can still get them in that color.
Have never shot an Ariakon/Armotech.com marker so I wouldn't know anything about those.

Strange, I always understood it to be that what is now Ariakon used to be the US distributor of Armotech- hence the use of the name. Some kind of deal went sour, adn they split in the midst of a lawsuit...
