Really, it depends on which paint you are using. As long as the barrels are made of consistent high quality (straight, smooth, and appropriate porting), the paintball size to barrel bore match is the most important part of accuracy. According to the otter (http://www.ottersccustoms.com/barrelc.html), J&J's regular ceramic has a medium bore of .688-.691 while the Lapco bigshot has a medium bore of .689.

So, for both of these barrels, it's important to get medium size paint (don't go by their box - they will almost all claim .68 size balls try looking at the otter paintball size chart to get a good match with your barrel http://www.ottersccustoms.com/paintc.html)

You should be able to drop a paintball in the back of your barrel (when detached from the marker) and blow it through with a moderate amount of force - it should not roll out or get hopelessly stuck. Then you know you have a good match that will provide the best push of gas behind the ball (the gas won't go around the ball or break if it gets stuck). Unfortunately, the more expensive paintballs are more consistent and therefore shoot better when you have a good match. You get what you pay for when it comes to paintballs; take a look at the otter site for good basic info and trouble shooting.

big shot for more acuracy, jj for a little quieter and a self cleaning barrel.

	JJs are the best. but the bigshot is very good also, u cant go wrong with either one.

	They are pretty much the same. They say that the Bigshot has a little more accuracy. The J&J is self cleaning though. You can't go wrong with either one. But if I had to choose I'd say the Bigshot.
