ok i was all excited about when i found out about the omen but then the ion came out i can get the omen for 289 at paintballonline.com (blemished) and the ion for the same prie i cant makeup my mind which one is more duarable and better for rec/woods ball i want to get either of these two so i can scare my friends when i playlol im leaning toward the ion becase of air efficeny and modes of fire
wat exactly is the rebound mode like does it shoot two if i pull the trigger once ANd do the ion's eye's/ vison work the same as the impulse's vision like olnly shoots it the ball is in there?? plz help Thanks Edited by surfnbrad |

Rebound is the smart parts term for ramp, ramping is you have a set bps
on your guns board and when you start walking your gun somewhere around
4bps it "ramps" all the way up to your designated bps.
Yes the eyes are the same in the fact that they are break beam as far as quality I dont know about either one. Durable I would go with the Ion because if something happens to the body it can be replaced relatively cheap. |

Ion it by far the best gun for its price. I've had a chance to shoot it, and it rips, with out the ramp mode might I add. The omen is heaver and slower.
You are also less likely to chop with the Ion. I have a buddy that has an Omen, it never works right. |

My friend has an omen, impulse, angle fly, and now he got an ion. His favorite out of them all is the Ion, it is light, best gun for its price, and like procarbine said if anything happens you can replace the body for cheap, in the color of your choice mighti add.
