I'm left handed, so the safety on my 98 Custom is a little awkward for me.  Is it possible to flip it around, so that it is safe when pushed to the left, instead of to the right?

Thanks.

You might be able to switch it around, give it a try and see what happens and if it doesnt work, you'll jus have to get use to it.

no youll need to widen that hole. not very hard and not a bad idea, but your safety may be liable to fall out.

I'm left handed too , so I feel your pain, LOL (sucks to have the marker go to Safety when your shooting it) . If you know somebody at a machine shop , they could probably make you such a safety , but Ya cant just flip it over and make it work .

It's not the end of the world.  I took the safetly off my 98c because the gun wouldn't recock if it was in.  (VERY short trigger pull)

You would have to fill the other side in a little to keep it from falling out or coming loose during play.

Not really, as long as you remember to uncock it like you put the saftey on your fine.

If your talking about if dirt gets in there, clean it normally. or you can just fill it in.

remember a saftey is never to be trusted, a gun can still fire if if the saftey is worn or not fully set.  I never trust them

I dont know what to say...
