OF COURSE HE IS if you disagree then you need to take
a look at the history of the top 40 because he has been on it for
the past 5 or 6 years with his last cd he has proven that
he can put anything into a song and people will like it he was in
the top 10 of a 100 greatest hip hop artists list He
cant do anything wrong!! im not saying he deserves it
but he is definately in top 5 list
