my shop offered me a chice between those 2 barrels, 25 bucks! i figured it was a good deal and i would pick one up, but i was wondering which the better barrel was between the two, i would ratehr get the better one then use that and my bigshot or let my buddy use one since he still has the stock barrel. And if oyu could, leave a reason for why one is better than the other....
Thanks in advance! Edited by 98thecustoms |

Both barrels are pretty good from what I've heard. Both seem to be fairly accurate. I would have to say go for the Teardrop though because I like the porting better.

go to www.smartparts.com they say that the smart parts progressive and teardrop are the same exact barrel, but the only differnce is the look of the porting. Ive got a prgrassive and its great, whichevr is cheaper buy it they are both awesome barrels and a great investment toward your gun!

The teardrop is better than the progrssive. I have a progressive and I know. The Bigshot kills the two though. So just let your friend buy it.
