spyders aren't as un reliable as every one says.( this is a tippmann forum) If you love taking care of a gun, like oilling it after every game and other stuff, a spyder is not that bad. but almost nothing care compare with a tippmann's reliableity. ( some people dont oil it for over a year.) |

You have to take really good care of them if you want them to be reliable.

Ya they will be fine as long as you take care of them. I've used spiders that were taken care of and they worked fine (except for the ball breaks). I've also used spiders that weren't taken care of and they worked very poorly. I once had one uncock while i was going to bunker some1. I really wouldn't get a eletric spider though, there are just better guns out there for the money.

Spyders are not reliable. They break constantly. Tell your cousin to get a Tippmann.

Some of you probably haven't even used them and just quickly say it's
trash, they are fine, they get the job done, both Tippmanns and Spyders
have their advantages and disadvantages.

Spyders require more TLC than a Tippmann but are easy to maintain.
