I am getting a 68ci/4500PSI nitro tank for my A-5 and was wondering if I have to have the low pressure kit installed on my A-5 to be able to use Nitro. Thanks for your help.

No.
As long as your 68/4500 is High pressure(850psi), then you wont need the low pressure kit. |
