Well I'm sure a lot of you have gone through this... Its a problem for an average teenager. See I've liked this girl since the 7th grade... We went out on and off, but havent gone out in like a year now. I still like her a lot. I know who she likes so it hurts me. Me and her have talked about everything, litterally everything. Our friendship is so close, I think if we progressed anymroe we would be going out. She said she'll never love me again. I just think that you cant determine how you'll feel in the future. It's your heart that determines how you'll feel about somone.. I wish me and her could be with eachother more often and hang out a lot. I think it might help me with a chance with her. We talk like everyday and sometimes we'll call each other and talk. I really hate to even think that I'll never be with her again. I absolutely dont know what to do. I cant move on, I've tried, I really need her in my life. We're just extremely close that sometimes it seems like she likes me. I dont know if I should lay off her and let her come to me if she wants to talk or hang out. Like not be bothered with her as much so she begins to miss me or feel distant from me. I've tried a lot of things.

Sorry if you read this and wasted your time. But I figured I'd come here and ask for help. Most of you our my age and have probably had a similar situation. I just need help and I need to know what to do. So if any of you have comments or anything you think I could do please reply. Thanks guys.

just keep close to her and verbaly tear down any guy she thinks she might like and then your time will come

I'll quickly run over my situation so you don't feel so alone—she's easily my best friend, but for some reason my hormones went and got the best of me. We both spent the night over at a mutual friend's house, and the two of us shared the guest bed. Well, I got the impression that I was okay to finally make a move at that point and did so. She became supple for about an hour before suddenly deciding that it would only jeopardize our friendship.

That's too bad because the entire situation is so awkward right now that our friendship may already be "jeopardized," and that hurts a great deal more than the romantic rejection. Plus, since she's my closest friend, who do I talk to about it when I feel down? Obviously not her... meh.
