Why do you need a low pressure tank? A high pressure tank running to a low pressure reg works just fine.

if you have a tippmann you need a High Pressure tank.  I would get a Crossfire tank they are one of the best nitro tanks out their.  If you want to get 1.000 shots out of a tank i would say get  a 68/4500 tank

my marker is an evil omen and in the manual it says it will shoot best on low pressure.  so i can get a high pressure tank and run it through its low pressure reg and it will work the same?

A secondary regulator will be the regulator that drops the pressure going
into the valve. Normally, you want your tank output to be at least 2x the
psi of what the secondary regulator is set to.
