I am currently running co2 in my a5. I have r/t trigger, fl barrell, and an x-chamber. I break balls and also worried about thet life of my gun so thinking of going to HPA. I was just curious if I were to get a HPA tank would I need to remove my x-chamber or would it be fine with it on there. J/W beacuse if im at an arena w/o hpa fillups I can still bring my co2 to use after I run out of air.

Thnx

Depends. A good x-chamber will restrict the flow of CO2 with crazy hourglass shaped chambers with small holes to allow it to passs through slowly. As long as your gun remains high pressure, the HPA will ouput 800 psi which should be fine. You may find that your velocity may or may not be able to reach 290, but a quick and light polish on the internals should get it going.
