I did one of those once, and my gun dug into the ground in front of me and I slammed my chin on my evo, right where the lid meets the body. (for those that don't know, on evo's theres seriously like a sharp edge right there...)

but serious, its just a head first dive, think of how superman flies.
just hope you dont hit your chest or stomach or something on a rock or
