I heard the tippmann pro carbine is a good marker. It is very reliable and tough. It can sant almost any weather. But i dont know how it is in the catoragy of acuracy and range and things of that nature. So can you fill me in on some info about the marker. It is easier to find out from someone who as actually shot the gun before ~Thanks for the help~ |

Accuracy depends on the paint, barrel, and airsource, while distance is gonna be the same from any barrel not the Flatline.
Basically, no paintgun is anymore accurate than another, at least when you're comparing it to other guns in the semi-auto blowback class. The proCarbine actually has a pretty good stock barrel, so you should be pretty good on accuracy stock. The only real downside to the proCarbine is that it's not really made to shoot fast or be upgraded as much as the other Tippmann guns....it's a good, lightweight, reliable, high-quality paintgun that will work as long and hard as anything on the field. It's just not as good a gun to grow with as the other Tippmann guns(M98C,A5) |

I've used a P/C for 5 years in scenarios and basic woodsball and nothing could make me want to sell it. It's a Sherman tank when it comes to durability and reliability. It uses the same barrel threads as the A-5 but other than that there are'nt too many upgrades but I find enjoyment out of making my own. But I wouldn't recomend it for speed ball.

if the procabine has same threads as the a5 then you should be able to get a barrel like the j&j ceramic

Actually it's the other way around, the A5 has the same barrel threads as the Prolite/68 Carbine/Procarbine. Most A5 specific barrels are a little thicker that the ones manufactured for Pro-series guns. This just means that with a little work on the barrel opennings in the front hand guard you can use A5 barrels on P/C's. |

personaly i dont like the pro c its blow back like all of the tippys
but u might as well get the 98c cuz its very customizable and is
practicaly the same as the pro c, but i guess if u want to spend some
money u could upgrade a a-5 to like i got mine with internal polish,
flatine, rt, drop w/ on off, palmer male.
