Its not very hard. I just want to know if it would be a good Idea for me to get a Flatline Barrel. Because I am son to be getting a Tippmann 98 custom- for sure. So because of this, I think i should get a flatline barrel, SInce everyone tells me its great. So is it really all that? Does it have god acuracy?

Yes its a good barrel. It is the only barrel to add range. Read the stickies for more info.

If you play woodsball then get it. It has pretty good accuracy and great range. It is the only barrel that adds extra distance to you shot!

obviously the feeling is mixed. ive seen great flatline barrels and others that suck.id say go shoot a friends if you can, and compare it to other barrels. personally for the price, id say no. a 30 dollar j&j ceramic has me shooting really freakin straight, it has great grouping. so i mean just try it out if you can. but id say no.

Great grouping compared to the stock barrel....maybe. Great grouping compared to a boomstick or any other high priced barrel (including flatline at normal ranges).... not a chance

how is it the most accurate? it doesnt do anything for accuracy. its not supposed to. if anything, it actually hurts accuracy because it has to spin them up to shoot farther.

I wouldnt spend that much I have shot alot of barrels for the 98c of corse paint to barrel makes a HUGE difference but i have shot many low priced and high priced I shot a few ppls flatline was not impressed and shot the J&J pro1 even better then the flatline half the price, also my ultralight is the best barrel ever with draxaus blaze and I think it shoots just as far

I hate the boomstick. Its so overpriced, your just paying for the "DYE"
name on the barrel.

my best freind has the flatline and it is crazy accurate.  Having said that it does pop several balls per game.  But it does have a sweet sound when it shoots.  And it's worth the 120 investment but if you buy it you might want to have an okay barrel like a werks or something as a backup if your flatline screws up in a game or something.

The flatline will only break balls if you dont have the 2 brain cells it takes to install it right. Also good quality paint helps.

good places to buy flatlines or any other barrels are www.countypaintball.com Its got the flatline for $99(the lowest price tippmann allows them to sell) and many other barrels including the Lapco Bigshot(highly accurate) and J&J Ceramic("self cleaning" ).
