You really need a barrel. Get this before you do anything else. My favorite would be the Lapco Bigshot. It can be had for about 50 bucks at www.countypaintball.com Then, you will want a firepower upgrade. An RT is the best current route to take, but the new sear tripping 98C hardware is coming out soon. Regardless of whether you buy the RT, E-Bolt, or the "98C E-Grip", You will need a new hopper. An Evolution 2, or Egg, would work well. Can be had for what, 60-70 bucks. Likely to be found at www.actionvillage.com Then you can consider HPA, Centerfeeds, LPK's, etc. |

^^^Exactly. First get a new barrel, firepower upgrade and a electronic hopper.

Just so you know-J+J Ceramics are also good barrels. Run about $30, however, I've begun hearing some mixed reviews about them lately. Still, I've only ever had good things to say about them, and I've owned 1 14" on my Spyder, know 3 people with 12" and 14" ones on their 98s, and a 12" on a 'cocker. They all performed great, and they're a little less expensive than the Bigshots.
