My goal is accuracy mostly and a decent balance between speed and woods ball. I have decided to get a 12" Lapco Bigshot Stainless Steel Barrel. But have been getting different opinions as far as how to get consistent pressure for a co2 sytem.

Do i get a expansion chamber or a regulator? What do ya'll recommend?

This is for a 98c BTW....

If your main goal is accuracy your best friend is consistancy.

Get the palmers Stabalizer. It works great for c02 and will keep your velocity very stable.

The #1 factor for good accuracy is paint. Yu want a good paint to barrel match. This means that when the ball is inserted in the barrel you should have exactly 3 point of contact between the ball and the barrel.

Another way to tell is by placing the ball in the barrel and blowing down the barrel. If the ball comes out, its a decent match. If the ball rolls out before blowing or you have to blow very hard to get it to come out its not a very good match.

Yea, get a Palmers stabalizer. It's the best thing to use with co2.

Yup, get a palmers, I have one on my M98C and play
primarily woodsball and love it. With a good barrel, a
palmers, and matched paint, you'll be set for accuracy,
so far as paintballs are accurate at least.
