I just installed a flatline and sealed bolt system on my 98C.  Now when I fire the gun, it acts like there is no air attached.  The bolt just releases forward.  Any suggestions?

Empty tank?  Missing valve bolts?  Stuck bolt/valve?

Yes, but first let me understand your set up. What is a "sealed bolt."

This is a picture of the sealed bolt system.  All it does is cover the opening where the bolt slides.

OK, could it be that the cover is binding against the hammer cocking lever and slowing it so that it does not hit the valve pin at full velocity...thus reducing both the gas pushing the ball out the barrel and the blow back gas that cocks the hammer?

Good suggestion.  I'll try it with the replacement bolt handle but without the cover and let you know what happens.

Thanks, Dnldgry

Thanks Bruce,

The cover was binding the bolt hammer.  I fired it without the cover and it worked fine so I shaved the inside of the cocker and everything works and looks good.
