Its a great place except its rediculously overpriced. Even though I spent almost $200 for a day there, I actualy found it was worth it. I wouldnt go there any day of the week, but for a big event. Yeah the Tippmann Castle is awsome, we took it over when there was almost double the enemy (Russians) in it. I went there for the Stalingrad Scenario Game. Heres some pic of pics.

Looks awesome, and not really that overpriced. Me and some friends usually spend anywhere between $100-$300 for a couple days of camping and paintball, and it's nowhere near as populated and professional.

I do know that it is 70 bucks for a case of paint. Besides that it is the greatest place on earth. Its like 80 miles from my house. Jim Thorpe Pa is really nice town. Trust me you'll love it up there.

It's a great field.  Been there once.  The refs are good and there's always a lot of players.  I loved playing some of the missions they had there.

Paint prices are horrible, 20cents per ball.

Paintballs - All players must use Skirmish USA paint. The average player shoots approximately 600 paintballs a day. Our paint rates are as follows:

12 or more cases of paint = $72.00 per case
5 or more cases = $85.00 per case
Full Case = 2000 paintballs = $99.00
1500 paintballs = $82.00
1000 paintballs = $59.00
500 paintballs = $35.00
100 paintballs = $7.50
(Paint prices subject to PA sales tax)

Field Paint Only!

Yeah that is pretty expensive, but a one time deal I am sure will be worth it. Just have to skip a weekend of beer and wings to make up for the cost !!!

i was up there this past weekend, i planned doing battles and paddles deal, however (i was with my scout troop) we only did rafting. i can tell you it was maddening to have your money and gear and be so close but not be able to play. i did get a look in the proshop though, it was ok

Paint is $105 if you have less than 5 people. So if you go alone or just with a few people, you must pay it.

If you have 5 or more people it will cost you $90.10 (85+6% tax)

12 or more, around $76.

Tell me thats not expensive. And youd be surprised how hard it is to find 12 people.

You will get caught and kicked out if you bring your own paint. Dont even bother, the refs are more concerned about this than safety.

We got ten as of now, so I dont think it'll be that hard for me to dig up a couple of more. I think its going to be worth the expereince !!!!!
