  Like in the OICW topic, Tippmann needs to come out with something new.  These all American rifles to be issued near the end of 2006 (except the OICW) could me made as a tribute to our armed forces.  Due to confusion and dispute in the original topic, I have developed a poll with five different choices, the XM08 (the new soon to be awesom infantry assault rifle), the OICW (no, it won't be as big for a Tippmann, but design itself still rocks), and the XM109 (sort of like a SAW).  These rifle designs are unlike the "getting old" M16's and AK 47 mock ups, and I believe we all need something new in the world of paintball.  If you don't personnally like any of these models, but would like to see something else, please post your idea when you vote.  With these variants, Tippmann could make a new flatline system, and have several different upgrades and options for these platforms.

Tippmann released variations of the 98c and A-5 and allegedly have a third brand new gun comming out.

MAybe it'll be that speed tippy we've all been hoping for maybe it'll look like ekim98's and have a new e-bolt or something possibly something to rival the Ion and be cheaper?

Maybe a milled 98 already centerfeed'ed electro pneu kit capable of at least 15bps and can be .45 or not .45 has a no rise clamping neck and NOT SO DAMN LONG!!!

sensor D--N please before the "editor forum people" get ticked.  if they don't care, I'm surprised.  Ohh well...  XM08 + Tippmann I guess equals bad idea.  sorry guys, tried to introduce someting new, but m-16's are growing really tiredsome.

Both of Tippmann's markers can be made to look like just about any military guns out there. We don't need anymore of them. Maybe a speedball setup would be cool, but I play woodsball and don't care. Combining the Tippmans' customizing ability with a speedball marker would be interesting though.

The new gun is probly not going to be fast, or electronic.

It is supposadly going to be a new rental type gun.

tippmann does make scenario kits for it, and it's kind of like just what the do.  so why not make another army sim?

i was at oklahoma d-day this week end and i was at the tippmann trailer talking to the head teck.  i was telling him that a lot of people wern't impressed with the custom pro or the cyclone feed for the 98c, and when was tippmann going to come out with something "NEW".
he got a pretty big grin on his face and said wait til this fall "you won't be disappointed" but he didn't say any more. we'll see, maybe at tippamnn versus the world???
