Anything with small to medium bore works with the flatline.  Draxxus Blaze, Midnight, and Dusk, PMI Premiums, RPS Evil, Marbs, Zap Rec series paint works pretty good and it is cheap, pretty much stuff like that.

Flatlines were designed for use with Marbalizers, but any small-medium paint will work.

Also theres charts for matching paint to barrels in the ubers and faq's post. Look for small paint sizes. Just remember that the flat line barrell puts spin on the ball, so you want something that will spin in the barrell.
