Someone please start to THINK before they answer.   What makes them "not great?"    What makes the B2K "great?"   Back up your answers instead of just posting to see yourself type.

I don't tend to elaborate on bases like this because for the most part, I am speaking to deaf ears. My keyboard is tough to type on, and I don't like to click away till my fingers bleed on a subject in which the topic starter is already set on. He probably doesn't care what we think. Chances are, an Ion is already in the mail, speeding towards his house.

I don't like the Ion due to it's feel. It feels cheap, and the trigger (stock, at least) sucks. They are ugly, have a relatively low performance ceiling, and are made by  a company I don't care for. The B2K, on the other hand, is made by a highly respected company who makes quality products. The B2K is metal (omg) and is all around better. They are capable of going much faster, there are far more upgrades on them than on the Ion, and they have a much sturdier feel.

There. I elaborated. Now I have this warm and fuzzy feeling because I made a difference.

Im might be getting an ion soon, someting i've noticed on my friend's Ion though is (i know, you're going to freak out when i say this, but im being serious) it doesn't shoot as far as the common marker.   I'd say it constantly drops off around 3-6 feet away from where a normal marker would.  Now, for a person who plays mid/back (me) that isn't very acceptable, so im getting an impulse.  There are a ton of used impulses on Ebay.  Go look for one.  People complain all the time about how they don't work.  Its not that hard to work them, you just need to know how to work your fricken gun.
