Depends on how fast you shoot.

If your shooting fast you can empty a 20 ounce in 5 minutes.

With an expansion chamber you get many more shots if shooting fast than if you didnt have one.

I have heard X-Core is the best but if you have the $$, go check out a palmer stabalizer. I was able to drop my psi to about 350 to a full operational pressure. When i lowered it anymore, it wouldn't recock
