Driving Backwards

So we went through the drive through of Jack in the Box tonight. Fun stuff.

Sounds like fun

A friend's driverside window wasn't working, so we came to the conclusion that going backwards was the only way to acquire said Wendy's.  Well, they wouldn't serve us, so we had to get out of the car and get the food... going against everything a drive thru stands for.

People these days...

What a country.

The night Hurricane Frances hit, we were closing everything and moving all the food back to the freezers and pretty much just getting ready for the storm. The town had set a cerfew for 11pm becuase the storm was going to hit from 12:30-1. At about 10:55 we here a HONK at the window, we look and a car has pulled in the other way to the window.

The manager slides it open to find some very very high people. "Hey...man....can we get like, some cheeseburgers man?"

"You know there is a cat 4 hurricane about to hit, right?"

"A what?"

Shuts the window, walks away. They eventually drive off. I often wonder if they were still driving around looking for cheeseburgers when the hurricane hit...
