A-5 E or Custom Pro E series.  I honestly don't think it's on Tippmanns website yet, but look for reviews on goggle to find it.  They shoot fast, and are just as customizable with electronic boards that don't involve the E-bolt's bolt coming out of the back, which equals stock! for woodsball of course.  Other than that, it pre includeds a drop forward, double trigger, and a new sweet barrel, 11 inches long of course!

The Custom pro E is basically that. Nobody ever said that a 98c or A5 cant be a speedball gun. With a few upgrades they are formidable opponents.

a5 with an E grip and JCS double trigger can easily compete with any high end marker.  I know someone who has that, and it walks like a dream

for the price, the Custom Pro E is cheaper, and shoots just as fast.  (slaps himself in the face)  Then again, isn't the A-5 Pro E the same thing as what you mentioned?  Whats the point of an A-5 Pro E if it's the same as a regular A-5 with an E-Grip?  The only reason that makes the 98 Custom a better pro model is because it removes the rear bolt which =s stock.

No, Tippmann needs to stay away from speed ball guns.

really i think that tippmann should try and make a cool speed ball gun.  now when i say this i dont just mean make a fast shooting electric gun.....we all know that there are thousands of those out there.  but tippmann should make a speed ball gun that holds up to the tippmann name.  Im not saying that the A-5 or 98 or the new custom pros or any gun like that isnt good....but for real i have a A-5 and its all decked out.  its good for speed ball except for the fact that its HUGE and HEAVY.  I absolutly love my A-5 except for those reasons....and to try and make the gun a little smaller for those tight speed ball bunkers i put a drop forward on it and now my guns like 3 FEET TALL.  and its not like a small gun with the capability of shooting fast cant be done....look at either the smart parts ION or the shocker....those guns are sooooo small....its like a barrel on a handle and thats it.  But i say that tippmann guns should still rock everything in the woods, just be a little smaller and lighter so you can play speedball with them too.

while fast rates of fire are nice.....it only takes one shot to get someone out.
