what is a good spring kit for a tippy a-5???

your better off getting an RVA but whatever cheap spring kit you can
find. There isn't really any exceptional one. I mean..... they're just
springs.

The stock one is pretty good, best one you can get.

Unless you have serious velocity problems, replacing the drive spring won't do much for you. A Tippmann is, after all not a spyder.
