So, I wanted to make a desktop thread because I just switched to Linux and felt like showing off my new (kinda plain) desktop.  Mainly wanted to show off my new OS.  I just got tired of all the viruses and crap going along with Windows.  I also got a program that fools programs into thinking I am running windows, so I can use any windows program on Linux (except iTunes, it recognizes I'm using Linux for some reason).  So, here it is:

Ditch GNOME, emulators suck. Try WINE.

Gnome is a desktop environment. If you like the kind of windoze-esque interface, use KDE.

Why are you using wine? Why don't you just find the great open source alternatives that you can run faster without emulation? I like to see you're using gnome but why in god's name did you choose to use Fedora? It isn't even a real distro.

Its usually prt scr or prt sc.  But I have a little button on my desktop

  Because windows crashed and my friend had the disks laying around, and I dont have a windows CD.  And find me an open source alternative to steam and I will stop using emulators.
