i have been hearing alot of great things about the hammerhead barrel. anybody else know about them?
all barrels are gonna give you the same distance pretty much. except the flatline, it will shoot farther then the rest. but its not the most accurate. but thats not gonna be the best all around for you. consistancy? i think this applies to the marker itself. most barrels you're gonna hear about are going to be consistant as long as every shot is as close to the one before it in every aspect, before the ball enters the barrel. like the FPS being consistant, or the paint being of consistant size and quality. I have tried one of those on my A-5. It was nice. Quite accurate. Stil, my faves are the Lapco Bigshot, and the Stiffi, if you can get one in A-5 threads... |

Well what you really need is a great paint to barrel match that is what accuracy and consistancy derive from.

lapco, custom products, dye, and evil are the names I look at for barrels. I hate to admit to but smart parts barrels are great too.

You can't go wrong with the 12'' JJ ceramic its a high end barrel for like 20-40 dollars and dont bother with the 14'' the extra 2'' wont make a difference except get in ur way when pressed against a dodrito or a tree. besides i'd rather have this barrel than a flatline or hammerhead or super chromium barrel ROFL

Super Chromium barrels are only available to Platinum members. And, we have to fulfill some "favors" to Big Al. |
